Material selection and product design are always based upon the unique requirements of the driver’s environment and we pay particular attention to sound absorption, heat and vibration isolation.

Key Features

Compression moulded RUBBER floormats with waffle or low pressure PU injected mats.
Material compounded to customer requirements (price and environmental performance)
Manufactured in high temperature, large compression presses to produce a highly defined and highly repeatable product
Our process requires that we utilise all steel tooling to offer 200k plus part tool life and a product that can meet all of your ergonomic and aesthetic criteria
Utilisation of rubber for high volume production rather than PU offering greatly improved wear characteristics and pricing
Heat moulded rubber offering product memory again far greater than PU to enable designers to include precise logo’s, high up stands and accurate angles
Sound deadening with parts that flex against the mating surface to fully seal the gaps left by other tolerance stack-up within the cab
Waffle design to offer weight reduction of end product while maintaining a very high acoustical rating

Seats

Twyco manufactures instructor seats using the latest technology and cost saving ideas to deliver top quality components for today’s new and innovative vehicles. Material selection and product design are always based upon the customer’s unique requirements

MRE offer customised seats for applications such as driver seats for forklifts, assistant / instructor seats for tractors / harvesters and buddy seats for construction machinery

Our seats come fully kitted and bespoke for every application, our kits include all the required plastic mouldings, inserts (wood, plastic, metal), steel re-enforcements, foam and fabric as well as seat-belts if required
Our fabric purchasing can be very cost effective in Asia but if an exact match from a specific supplier is required we can also supply this material from anywhere globally.
The seat pad can be stitched or vacuum formed.
Our production facility can accommodate high and low volume applications.

Bottles

Twyco manufactures plastic bottles using the latest technology and cost saving ideas to deliver top quality components for today’s new and innovative vehicles. Material selection and product design are always based upon the customer’s unique requirements.

Key Features

We offer customised hydraulic, coolant recovery, radiator overflow, fuel tanks and windscreen washer systems
Our manufacturing processes include Blow moulding, Injection Moulding and rotational moulding.
We are able to sonic weld and spin weld with full testing capability for these seams.
We are capable of secondary operations that could include inserts, insert moulding, drilling or routing.
Our washer systems can come complete with caps, motors, tubes, valves and plugs assembled.
Our washer motor is tested to multiple EU standards and approved for use globally as well as EMC certified.
Our material range includes HDPE, PP, PP-ABS as well as PA and a selection of other materials.

Our current production projects include brake systems, diesel tanks, coolant tanks, expansion tanks, washer bottles and spillage bottles for hydraulic lines.

Twyco Designs and manufactures Tooling using the latest technology and cost saving ideas to deliver top quality production ready steel tooling for today’s new and innovative vehicles. Material selection and product design are always based upon the customer’s unique requirements.

Twyco offer full 3D design and manufacturing capabilities for your component and tooling.
We can offer you the level of service required from straight tool manufacture to full design and build of tooling and end product.
Our tooling manufacturing has the capability of rapid production of tooling from a small injected grommet to a full 2mx2mx1m injected auto bumper.
